At Uffculme Primary School we place great emphasis on knowing children as individuals and identifying their individual needs. Our experienced, committed and dedicated team of teachers and support staff continually strive to provide the best quality of teaching and care to all our pupils so that each one can thrive and reach their full potential. We expect every child to work to their best ability in all aspects of their school life and to contribute to the life of the school and the communities we are part of.

Safeguarding

At Uffculme Primary School we take our duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children extremely seriously.

In Ofsted's recent inspection they reported that, all those who work in the school maintain a high regard for the safety of pupils across the range of abilities and needs. They report that there is a strong and effective culture of safeguarding in the school.

We have an expectation that all staff and visitors to our school will behave in a way which ensures our children are safeguarded at all times. This expectation involves a duty for any safeguarding concerns to be reported.
